Sanjana Samraj is an educator and innovator designing Griptape India, a 10-week agency-focused learning program providing students with funding and mentorship to pursue passion projects. A Teach For India alumna with a diploma from Azim Premji University, she champions learner-driven, experiential learning and educational innovation.

GripTape, founded by Mark Murphy, has supported thousands of teens worldwide to design self-directed learning journeys through funded challenges—helping young people build agency, purpose, and real-world skills beyond traditional schooling.
