About The Facilitator
Devdas Uchale is Project Officer with the Goshtarang Fellowship at Quality Education Support Trust (QUEST) in Palghar, Maharashtra. Goshtarang uses theatre to bring children’s literature alive, reaching 400,000+ children across 25+ districts through performances by trained fellows, sparking early literacy and creative engagement in rural and tribal schools.
​The Circle is building a network of reinvented schools, programs, and teacher institutions that empower students from low-income communities to build an India free of poverty and filled with love.
